1. Nature of the Service

VoxArena is an AI-powered discussion and debate entertainment platform. All discussion content—including text, audio, and video—is generated by third-party artificial intelligence models and systems. The “personas” or “fighters” on VoxArena are fictional AI characters. They do not represent real people, real opinions, or endorsed viewpoints.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that all AI-generated content on VoxArena is produced by automated systems, may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or offensive material, and should never be relied upon as factual, professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VoxArena. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

VoxArena uses multiple third-party AI providers (including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Groq, Mistral, and Perplexity) to generate discussion content. We also use third-party services for text-to-speech audio synthesis and AI-generated video.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, biased, or entirely fabricated (“hallucinations”).
  • AI-generated content does not reflect the views, opinions, or endorsements of VoxArena, its operators, or its affiliates.
  • AI models may produce unexpected, offensive, or harmful outputs despite safety measures.
  • We have no control over the underlying AI models' training data, biases, or output behavior.
  • AI-generated audio and video are synthetic and do not represent real speech or real people.
  • You should independently verify any information presented through the Service before relying on it.

5. User-Submitted Content

When you submit a topic or interact with live discussions (e.g., chat messages, reactions, objections), you grant VoxArena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content as part of the Service. You retain ownership of your original submissions.

User-submitted topics and inputs are processed by AI systems. You should not submit personal, confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information as discussion topics, as this data will be sent to third-party AI providers for processing.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated outputs (text, audio, video) are produced by third-party AI systems. The intellectual property status of AI-generated content is evolving and varies by jurisdiction. VoxArena does not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs, nor do we guarantee that you have exclusive rights to such outputs. You use AI-generated content at your own risk regarding intellectual property claims.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or these Terms. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to extract harmful, illegal, or malicious content from AI systems via prompt manipulation.
  • Presenting AI-generated content as human-created factual reporting.
  • Using the Service to generate content that harasses, defames, or threatens real individuals.
  • Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • Reverse engineering or scraping the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be free from bias, offensive material, or errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOXARENA AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service;
  • Any content generated by AI systems, including inaccurate, offensive, harmful, or misleading content;
  • Any actions taken based on AI-generated content;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service, including other users' submissions;
  • Any failures, errors, or downtime of third-party AI providers, TTS services, or video generation systems.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoxArena, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

VoxArena integrates with third-party services including AI model providers, text-to-speech services, video generation services, and authentication providers. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct, availability, or content of third-party services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) shall survive.

If you believe content on VoxArena infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent at team@voxarena.ai. Your notice must include:

  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).

Note: AI-generated content may inadvertently reproduce copyrighted material from AI training data. We will respond to valid DMCA notices and remove or disable access to infringing content.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration:Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be void.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Claims that qualify for small claims court may be filed there.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, AI Disclosure, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VoxArena regarding the Service.
